Note: Each student, when registering, must provide the teacher’s email address. This enables the password reset feature.
On the login page, select “Forgot your password?”
Enter your Username and click Submit. Make sure you submit the correct username.
Your teacher will receive an email containing your password reset request.
Check your email for the student’s password reset request.
If the email does not appear within a few seconds, check your spam or junk folder.
Open the message and select “Link to reset credentials.”
You will see the Update Password page.
After updating and submitting, you’ll receive confirmation that the account has been updated.
The student can now log in using their new password.
